Our Mission

When I started making jewelry several years ago, my goals were simple: amuse myself and maybe, every once in a while, make something that one of my family members might actually wear.
Those early efforts certainly kept me amused (and also amused my family), but even as a blind hog will occasionally find an acorn, I occasionally produced a respectable piece of jewelry. Word of mouth is the best advertising there is, and, soon enough, family and friends were asking me to make things for them.
Over the years, my goals have expanded, but not necessarily changed. I still like to make things for my family and friends, but I have especially come to enjoy the feeling of making something for someone who owes me no duty of loyalty, but still enjoys and appreciates a well made, hand crafted piece of jewelry.

Our Mission, Part II

There is no way to adequately describe the feeling when I am able to see the look on the face of someone who has just picked out a piece of jewelry that I made. Not every piece is a work of art. Some are quite simple, but when a piece is unique, or when it matches a special outfit, or when it was made just for you, simplicity or complexity are really not issues.
Whether you find something already made on our site, or a piece is made for you, our mission is simple. We want you to enjoy whatever you buy, and we want it to last as long as possible
If you are not happy with a piece when you receive it, if you return it to us within ten (10) days, undamaged, your money will be refunded in full. If a piece needs to be adjusted to make it fit, just return the piece to us, describe the amount and type of adjustment, and we will make the adjustment for you at no charge, if you return it to us within ten (10) days. After ten (10) days, a nominal charge may be made for adjustments. E-mail us for a quote. When pieces are adjusted, you should expect that the piece
will have more or fewer beads, links, etc. Patterns may be affected. We will send you an e-mail if it appears that a dramatic change in the piece would have to be made to adjust it per your request.

Customer service is a phrase that is all too often forgotten by businesses. I recently saw a book of the dumbest statements ever made. My favorite was, "I can't help you, I'm in the Customer Service Department."
We are a very small business, but your satisfaction is very important to us.
I guess our mission could be summarized, as follows:
