Placing an order.
Locate the product number or description found on the page with image of the product. Make a note of the product number and price. Click on the "Order" link below. Enter the information requested on the order form and press "Submit."
What happens next?
We will check availability of the item and its shipping cost. We will reply to you and let you know if the piece is currently available or if it must be made. If all components are not available for a piece that must be made, we will suggest substitutes When we have agreed upon the availability and/or components, we will ask you to submit your credit card information for processing. Once approved, the piece will either be mailed to you or made and then mailed.
What if I don't have a credit card?
We can't accept checks, unless you are willing to wait for the check to clear before we mail a piece or begin work on a piece. If you pay by money order, your piece will be shipped or work on it commenced upon receipt of the money order. If you don't see exactly what you want, but would like to have something custom made, just describe what you would like, the beads or gemstones you prefer, and a predominant color scheme. We'll work with you to create what you are looking for, if we can. Order.htm
